Who We Are
The Libyan Academy for Communications and Informatics was established by virtue of the decision of the Board of Directors of the Libyan Post, Telecommunications and Information Technology Holding Company No. 15 of 2021, as a national specialized training and development company serving the communications sector and other private and governmental sectors, and specializes in preparing and raising the efficiency of human elements through continuous training, as well as providing studies and technical consultations to localize technology and enable digital transformation in all related sectors.
Through us, we seek to address the gaps and challenges in implementing the digital transformation strategy in Libya.
This is done by preparing trained human cadres capable of dealing with modern technologies and applying them in the field.
In addition to developing the performance of employees in the communications sector at all levels, to ensure providing high-level performance that meets international standards and improving the professional and technical quality of human cadres. The Academy also contributes to training recent graduates and job seekers to cover the changing and increasing job needs, which will undoubtedly lead to institutional development and raising the efficiency and quality of economic activities, programs and businesses.
Chairman's message
The project to establish the Academy Libyan Telecom and Informatics is one of the most important strategic projects undertaken by the Telecom Holding Company at this stage.
It has a positive impact on building the human capacities necessary for companies in the sector and all Institutions and companies in the country in the fields of communications and information technology.
It aims toward the preparedness of human capabilities for labor market requirements and entering the stage of digitization. It will also work on the localization of digital technologies and everything related to the requirements of digital transformation
