LATI Board of Directors Holds its Fourth Meeting (November 2022)
Within the framework of following up the work stages of the Libyan Academy for Telecom and Informatics, the Board of Directors held its fourth ordinary meeting for the year 2022, at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 10.11.2022 in the meeting hall of the Academy headed by Prof. Dr. Majdi Ashibani, Chairman of the Board of Directors, in the presence of the members of the Board, and the Chairman and members of the Control Committee, where they discussed the following items:
- The review and approval of the development of geospatial information management at the Academy, in preparation for requesting its approval from the General Assembly.
- The review and approval of the organizational structure of the Academy.
- The review and approval of the estimated budget for the year 2023.
- The review and adoption of the internal regulations of the Academy according to the following:
Administrative Regulations.
Job Placement Regulation.
Financial Regulations.
Training and Consulting Regulations.
- Discussed the subject of convening the General Assembly of the Academy for the second ordinary meeting for the year 2022, after that they proposed and approved the agenda of the meeting.
The attendees recommended a set of recommendations and decisions, and the meeting ended at 02:20 p.m. on the same day.
