Signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Institute of Banking and Financial Studies (September 2022)
Within the framework of achieving the vision of the Central Bank of Libya to improve the efficiency and quality of training, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Libyan Academy for Communication and Informatics signed a memorandum of understanding with the Director General of the Institute of Banking and Financial Studies, on Tuesday 13th September 2022, in the presence of a member of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Holding Company and the technical team of the Institute.
This signing of the framework memorandum was a culmination of the efforts of the joint technical teams of the two parties, and it was agreed during the meeting that the joint technical team would start preparing the executive annexes of the general framework that was signed within one month from the date of signing, and the completion of the financial technology diploma would be the first joint work that would be announced at a later point of time in addition to cooperation in other fields and the exchange of scientific and practical experiences in the fields of banking and information and communication technology.
